AOW Impressions: Week 03/22/115

This week my peers picked some fascinating articles about the holocaust, two articles caught my eye. One of them was about the experiments some of the Nazis performed on Jewish women and children. This was a very interesting article because the Nazi's would crush the skulls of children. They would only take Jewish children that were twins to experiment on them. If they weren't twins they would kill them by crushing their skulls. Not only did this probably hurt, but they are killing innocent babies.

The second article that interested me the most was about Gena Trugel. She had an amazing survival story, not only was she at three death camps, but she survived a gas chamber. This is amazing because the nazis thought that the gas chambers were effective. I really enjoyed the article about her especially when she said that a nazi soldier told her " you just walked out of a gas chamber". This tells me that she is alive for a reason. Overall this weeks articles were great.
